The Sense.ly solution empowers clinical practices to monitor and engage patients more effectively and optimize workflow, leading to improved health outcomes, increased patient satisfaction and a lower total cost of care. In a recent pilot program, the Sense.ly solution reduced patient calls by 28 percent and clinicians participating in the pilot increased their productivity by saving nearly a fifth of their time every day.
