Duo Technology Group Awarded Hospital Contract

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Duo Technologies Group, a Jacksonville-based provider of intelligent security analytical technology solutions, was recently awarded a contract to provide a state-of-the-art digital surveillance system for a major Florida-based hospital. While the name of the hospital has not been officially released, the system will be based on Duo Technology Group’s proprietary Centraco Command and Control platform. The contract will include deployment of digital video surveillance and emergency contact systems and will provide security operators with enhanced situational awareness through a single user interface.

Centraco is a powerful enterprise level command and control management platform, which incorporates the traditional Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) functionality with a comprehensive Enterprise Information System (EIS) software suite, according to a statement by the company.

"Our Centraco application will allow safety and security operators to access the system, both locally and remotely, through a single user interface with an extensive integrated alarm reporting engine," said Felix Krupczynski, executive vice president and general manager for Duo Technologies Group, in a statement. "It will also provide flexibility and scalability to the end user’s monitoring capabilities and functionality as they continue to expand operations."

"This contract award once again validates our technology as an important mission critical component of safety and security within the healthcare sector, a significant industry focus for us and a testament of the platform’s flexibility and capability," Gianni Arcaini, chairman and CEO of Duo Technologies Group, added in a statement.

Duo Technologies Group Inc. specializes in advanced intelligent technologies that are delivered through its proprietary integrated enterprise command and control platform, Centraco. It also provides a broad range of technology solutions with an emphasis on mission critical security, inspection and operations within the rail, utilities, petrochemical, health care and hospitality sectors.

The company recently changed its name and symbol from Information Systems Associates (IOSA).

"This name and symbol change is the final step in our recently closed merger,” Arcaini said in a statement. “Duos Technologies has grown to be a leader in analytical technology solutions and this change will enable us to capitalize on our strong brand and ensure continued name recognition among our global client base. We look forward to continuing to share our business progress and strategy for growth with our shareholders and the Wall Street community."
